How we handle your inquiry
When you submit a property or buyer inquiry, Fordine receives the name, contact details, property or buy box information, message, and campaign information you provide. We use it to review your inquiry, contact you about it, verify relevant facts, and maintain a record in our private operations system.
Optional text-message consent is recorded separately. You can submit without opting into texts. If you opted in, reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help. We do not treat your submission as proof of ownership, funds, or a binding transaction.
Fordine limits access to inquiry records to its authorized operations personnel and service providers involved in running the site and private operations system. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank account details, or other highly sensitive information in these forms.
This notice needs the business owner’s review of contact details, retention, service providers, and applicable state requirements before publication. For now, use the inquiry form to ask about your own record or preferences.
